 Healing Reflections offers a wide range of psychological services - we provide individual treatment, couples counseling, family therapy, as well as child and adolescent therapy both in office and through telehealth services. Meet The Team

Jessica Grider, LCSW

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with specialized training and a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful change. I believe that healing happens when we are met with compassion, safety, and the right tools to support both the body and the mind.

My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based and somatic therapies, including:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • Brainspotting
  • Somatic Experiencing
  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

These methods allow us to work on multiple levels—processing trauma stored in the body, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, and creating space for self-awareness, choice, and growth.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking deeper healing, I offer a grounded and supportive space to explore your experience at your own pace.

Jessica Moretz, LCSW

Life is full of transitions: Going back to school. Changing careers. Getting married. Going through a divorce. Becoming a parent. Moving. Reintegration after a deployment. Coping with an illness. Menopause. Becoming a caregiver. Transitions can cause stress, depression, anxiety, and insomnia, to name a few mental health outcomes. I appreciate partnering with clients to empower them as they navigate difficult transitions and challenges in life. Working with a therapist in a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental space allows clients the opportunity to navigate experiences safely, while learning to set boundaries, implement coping skills, and practice effective communication skills.

The client-therapist relationship is an important part of the healing journey. As your therapist, I place importance on shared decision making and building trust. We will work together to tailor your experience as we challenge negative thoughts, improve your mood, and manage stress.


I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who practices diversity, equity, and inclusion. I work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationship concerns, communication issues, religious trauma, and PTSD. I provide psychoeducation about your diagnosis and recovery in order to empower you throughout the process.)
